"Called a month ago, after finding my cistern was leaking slightly. Phone went to answer machine, I left a VM and also filled out the online form twice via the website and sent a text over the month. I've not had a call, text, or even an email back. I'd be ok even if I had an "I'm sorry"or "too busy" message so that I'm not left in the lurch for a month. UPDATE: it appears the owner is quick to reply to feedback and reviews but not directly to potential work. I completely appreciate the holiday excuse, It would be more advantageous, though, to set an away voicemail or message on the website saying "any calls would be replied to on return." On your last point, you had been recommended from a previous job you had completed for another customer. I have two bathrooms, so I put the job as non-urgent. I only stated in contact if you could let me know if you were interested in the work. A polite decline would have been sufficient.
